x1bet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to x1bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "you") and x1bet ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the x1bet website at x1bet.cash, including all its betting, gaming, and payment features.

By registering an account on x1bet, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use x1bet.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise specified.

To register and use x1bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. x1bet does not permit access to players under 18 under any circumstances. We conduct age verification checks and reserve the right to request identity documents at any time.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise legally permitted to access online betting services.
• You must not be subject to any legal or personal prohibition on gambling or betting activity.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party — all bets and transactions must be for your own personal use.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from x1bet or any other gaming platform.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. x1bet reserves the right to verify this information at any point, including by requesting copies of identity documents such as a National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport.

Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and permanent exclusion from x1bet.

One account per player. Each player may hold only one x1bet account. This limit applies per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. x1bet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

Account dormancy. An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. x1bet reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance charge of Rs 200 to dormant accounts with positive balances. You will receive notification before any charge is applied.

Account closure. You may close your x1bet account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled normally before the balance is released. Active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

All deposits and withdrawals on x1bet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x1bet does not charge any fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Accepted deposit methods and minimums:

• Easypaisa: minimum deposit Rs 200, minimum withdrawal Rs 200
• JazzCash: minimum deposit Rs 200, minimum withdrawal Rs 200
• NayaPay / SadaPay: minimum deposit Rs 300, minimum withdrawal Rs 300
• IBFT Bank Transfer: minimum deposit Rs 500, minimum withdrawal Rs 500
• Visa / Mastercard: minimum deposit Rs 1,000, minimum withdrawal Rs 1,000

Withdrawal processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. IBFT transfers are processed same-day during banking hours. Card withdrawals take 1–3 business days.

Withdrawal conditions: You must have bet through your deposited funds at least once before withdrawing. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement, not a restriction on your winnings. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements set out in Section 7.

Verification before withdrawal: x1bet may request identity verification before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000 or where unusual transaction patterns are identified. This is a legal compliance requirement. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 7 days may result in withdrawal being held pending compliance review.

These rules apply to all sports betting markets on x1bet unless specific sport rules (see Sections 6 and following) state otherwise.

Bet confirmation. A bet is confirmed only when x1bet issues an acceptance confirmation and the bet appears in your bet history. Until that confirmation is received, the bet is not active. x1bet reserves the right to decline any bet before confirmation is issued.

Obvious pricing errors. If an odds price is published due to a manifest error — for example, decimal odds of 100.0 on a heavy favourite due to a system fault — x1bet reserves the right to void bets placed at that price and refund stakes. Bets placed by players who should reasonably have recognised the error will be voided regardless of whether the bet won.

Event cancellation and postponement. If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event are voided and stakes refunded. If an event is postponed, bets remain valid for 36 hours. If the event does not start within that window, bets are voided and stakes refunded.

Accumulator bets. Each selection in an accumulator must win for the accumulator to pay out. If one selection is void (event cancelled), that selection is removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections stand. A two-selection accumulator with one void selection becomes a single bet.

Maximum payout. The maximum payout on any single betting ticket is Rs 10,000,000 (one crore PKR). Bets with potential winnings above this amount will be capped at that figure.

Cricket is x1bet's primary market and we apply specific rules to ensure fair and transparent settlement for Pakistani players. These rules apply to all international cricket and PSL matches.

Match-result bets. For a match-winner bet to stand, a minimum of 10 overs must be completed per side in T20 and ODI formats. In Test matches, the match must reach a natural conclusion (win/draw/tie) or be abandoned with an official result. If the minimum overs are not completed due to weather or any other cause, match-winner bets are voided and stakes refunded.

Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) outcomes. If a DLS method result is declared the official match result, x1bet honours that result for match-winner markets. Bets on run totals or session totals settle on actual runs scored within the completed overs of that session.

In-play betting. In-play markets are updated by x1bet in near real-time. x1bet's in-play prices reflect current match state. In-play bets are accepted at the price at the moment the bet is confirmed, which may differ slightly from the price displayed at the moment you clicked due to market movement. x1bet is not responsible for price changes occurring between click and confirmation.

PSL-specific rules. PSL matches follow the same cricket rules above. In the event of a Super Over (tie-breaker), match-winner bets extend to include the Super Over result — the team that wins the Super Over wins the match for betting purposes. Session bets on the regulation 20 overs are settled on the regulation innings only.

x1bet offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. These are governed by the general conditions below and any specific terms published with each promotion. Where there is a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms apply.

Wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered (bet through) a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on x1bet bonus credit is 15× the bonus amount, at minimum odds of 1.5 (evens).

Welcome bonus. The x1bet welcome bonus is available to new registrations making their first deposit. It can only be claimed once per player (determined by name, address, payment method, device, and IP address). Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Bonus expiry. Bonus credit that has not been wagered through within 30 days of being credited to your account will expire and be removed. Real-money balance is unaffected by bonus expiry.

Eligible markets. Not all betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets at minimum odds of 1.5 contribute 100%. Accumulator bets contribute 100% provided all selections are at minimum odds of 1.5. Casino and slot bets contribute 20% unless the specific promotion states otherwise. In-play bets on markets priced below 1.5 at time of placement contribute 0%.

Abuse prevention. x1bet monitors bonus usage patterns. If a player is found to be using betting strategies designed specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as placing offsetting bets across markets), x1bet reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it. This is known as bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms.

The following rules apply to all real-money poker games on x1bet, including cash tables, Sit & Go tournaments, and multi-table tournaments (MTTs).

Rake. x1bet charges rake on cash table pots. The rake is 5% of the pot, capped at Rs 500 per hand at stakes up to Rs 500/1,000 and Rs 1,000 per hand above that level. The full rake schedule is published in the x1bet Poker section. Tournament entry fees function as rake — fees are clearly displayed at registration.

Disconnection policy. If a player disconnects during a hand, they are eligible for an "all-in protection" adjustment — meaning they can only win the pot up to their last confirmed bet. Any additional betting beyond that point creates a side pot contested only by connected players. x1bet is not liable for losses caused by player disconnection due to local internet issues.

Collusion and cheating. Any form of collusion between players — sharing hole cards, coordinating betting to maximise profit at the expense of a third player, or using any automated poker-playing software — is strictly prohibited. x1bet uses detection systems to identify irregular betting patterns. Accounts found to have engaged in collusion will be permanently banned and balances forfeited.

Tournament cancellation. If a tournament is cancelled before it starts, registration fees are fully refunded. If a tournament is cancelled after it starts (due to a system failure), x1bet will distribute the prize pool proportionally based on remaining chip counts at the time of cancellation.

All slot and casino games on x1bet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG is tested and certified by an independent testing laboratory. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published on the game's information page within the x1bet platform.

Game malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction — server error, disconnection during a round, or display error — the round is considered void and the stake is refunded to the player's balance. x1bet is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by technical faults, provided stakes are returned as described.

Progressive jackpots. Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on x1bet are live and updated in real time. The jackpot value at the time of a winning spin is the amount paid. If a jackpot is triggered simultaneously by multiple players due to a system fault, the jackpot is shared equally among the triggering players, not paid in full to each.

Free spins and bonus rounds. Free spins awarded as part of a slot game's base mechanics (not as a promotional bonus) carry no wagering requirement and any winnings from them are credited as real money. Free spins awarded as a promotional bonus are subject to the wagering requirements in Section 7.

x1bet is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow you to manage your gambling activity and protect yourself from harm. These tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately when activated.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take 7 days to come into effect.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session time limits: Receive an alert after a specified time in session.
• Reality checks: Periodic reminders of time spent and money wagered during a session.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from x1bet for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the chosen period.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on x1bet and constitute material breaches of these Terms. x1bet reserves the right to take any or all of the actions listed at the end of this section in response to any prohibited conduct.

• Creating more than one account on x1bet
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with x1bet in any way
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, or pricing fault for financial gain
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with x1bet's systems
• Sharing login credentials with any other person
• Using x1bet to launder money or engage in any other financial crime
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game
• Placing bets on behalf of any person who is self-excluded, underage, or otherwise ineligible
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other technology to misrepresent your location or identity
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers in any manner not consistent with good-faith personal use

Consequences: Depending on the severity of the breach, x1bet may suspend the account pending investigation, permanently close the account, void all open and settled bets, forfeit the account balance, report the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities, and pursue civil or criminal legal action where appropriate.

x1bet collects, stores, and processes personal data from Pakistani players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in that policy.

In summary: x1bet uses your personal data to operate your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations (including anti-money-laundering checks), and improve our platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We retain account data for a minimum of 5 years after account closure to comply with financial regulations.

x1bet uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections. Payment data is processed through certified payment processors and is not stored on x1bet servers.

x1bet provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we strive for 24/7 uptime and fast performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. x1bet is not liable for losses caused by platform downtime, technical faults, or internet outages outside our reasonable control, provided any stakes affected are returned to player balances.

x1bet is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of expected betting profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.

x1bet's maximum liability to any individual player for any single incident or related series of incidents is capped at the total deposited funds held in that player's account at the time the incident occurred, less any outstanding withdrawal requests already submitted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by x1bet's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

x1bet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting how bets are settled, how bonuses work, or your legal rights — x1bet will notify you by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of x1bet after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect and withdraw your balance without penalty.

The current version of these Terms, with its effective date, is always accessible at x1bet.cash/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and before any significant betting activity.
